Originating from Stockholm in Sweden, an artist called Rens, carried out sumptuous photo-realistic landscapes entirely in 3D, thanks to the graphic engine of video game Unreal Engine 4. The details and textures of these very-realistic landscapes could make you believe that it is about a video, but it's not, Rens adopted the method of “scanning” or “photogrammetry”, of the techniques already used to create the incredible landscapes of the video game Star Wars Battlefront. <br /> <br />With the years, the methods improve, and textures are increasingly realistic, this video shows us what will be possible to see in our video games in only a few years.
